Due to Covid-19 at present I am only teaching one online class using Zoom. This opens at 18.00 for discussion and meeting students. The practice begins at 18.30 till 20.00 Wednesdays.
There are also a series of weekly classes I provide on you tube to supplement your home practice or for those students who do not want to participate on Zoom.
If you subscribe to this channel on you tube you will be able to see all the video selection and choose from more active to restorative sessions.

‘Yoga is nothing if it is not perfect harmony of the body, senses, mind and intellect and reason, consciousness and self. When all these are integrated that is true Yoga’
Yoga is an ideal form of exercise to complement modern lifestyles and is for everyone. It brings more energy into the body and relieves tiredness. It releases tightness in the muscles and joints, stretching the entire body especially the spine. It can be used to enhance other sporting activities or relieve long standing aches and pains. The mind is more able to relax and focus as it gains insight and awareness of the way the body moves. Breathing exercises calm and strengthen the mind and increase lung capacity. Relaxation invigorates the body and refreshes the mind.
‘All life is being lived,
Who is living it then?
Is it the things themselves,
Or something waiting inside them,
Like an unplayed melody on a flute?’
Rainer Maria Rilke.
Yoga is a way of reconnecting with ourselves, an awakening of body, mind, and heart, an opening to new possibilities for ourselves, a discovery of enduring peace and happiness.
From Sarah: ‘Thank you so much for your wonderful yoga classes in Worthing. I really enjoyed them and would love to continue after the summer break.’
From Angela: ‘Julia is the best yoga teacher I have ever had over 18 years of practice, in fact, she is the best teacher of any subject I have had.’
